For Your Information

To provide total service and quality to you, our customers, please note the following hours of operation: Assured Medical Supply Inc. is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

After Hours Service

During the time our office is closed, a 24-hour service is available to answer all calls, 7 days a week. In an emergency, we will assist you as necessary.

Placing Orders

Most equipment / supply orders need to be placed a minimum of 12 hours prior to expected delivery / pick-up time. Please call the office if we can provide you any further information. Assured Medical Supply, Inc. receives and accepts referrals from physicians, discharge planners, case managers, home health professionals, and other appropriate sources.

As a provider of Equipment Management Services, Assured Medical Supply, Inc.’s primary objective is to promote, encourage, and support each patient/customer’s sustained and optimum use of prescribed HME/RT services and related supplies.

As a provider of Clinical Respiratory Services, Assured Medical Supply, Inc.’s primary objective is to facilitate the movement of certain patient/customer’s toward optimum self-management of their respective medical conditions through an established regimen of home respiratory care.

All patient/customers admitted to service, can expect to receive the highest possible level of services rendered in pursuit of Assured Medical Supply, Inc.’s stated mission within constraints imposed by third party payors, utilization review professionals, or other contractual conditions.

To assure the continued provision of appropriate and high quality HME/RT services and related supplies to qualified patient/customers, Assured Medical Supply, Inc. shall, in a systematic and ongoing manner, monitor, evaluate, and where indicated, improve performance in all aspects of it’s operation.
